Unko spinal extension exercise karvani chaiye. Ye karvane se unhe pain me bht fayda milega. Nd unko hot water bag apply kar sakte ho jaha pain area h vaha. Or ho sake to unhe physiotherapist k pas le jaye. Vaha vo log unhe exercise or modalities se treatment dege. Jinse unhe bht bht fayda hoga.
