Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.

Depends how much is the disc proplapse and how much is the canal diameter, most paitents do weell with oral medication and after few months of rest and exercises and medication are able to do routine work. Be under followup of an orthopaedician.
