According to your height your weight is accurate, there is no need to reduce, you can maintain your weight by eating balanced diet, don’t eat junk and fried food, have sufficient water, don’t have alcohol, tea, coffee and do exercise. The best way to reduce weight is to reduce the intake of carbohydrates, sugars and fat and increase the intake of proteins (animal proteins like- chicken, eggs, fish etc and plant products like- tofu, paneer, milk, soy milk etc) and fiber in your diet.
