U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Also don't nap in daytime. Do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.

Keep a regular sleep-wake cycle. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine in the four to six hours before bedtime.
Don't exercise within two hours of bedtime. Don't eat large meals within two hours of bedtime.
Don't nap later than 3 p.m.
Sleep in a dark, quiet room with a comfortable temperature.
