Disturbed and less sleep is sign that mind is trying to find certain solutions over apparent problems. Your efforts of keeping good health is really appreciated but you also need to have a look over your thoughts which are disturbing your sleep. Having a healthy discussion to find solution of your issues however small can help you greatly.

U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Also don't nap in daytime. Do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.
