What is your age. It can be because of many reasons. Most common cause is stress. Try to relax yourself --
exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh.
Massage.
Eat a healthy diet.
Pursue one hobbywalk in nature
meditation.
Yoga.

There may bemultiple issues related to your sleep disturbance. One cause could be defect in nose like deviated nasal septum or post nasal drip etc you are also likely of having nasal and eye allergy. For which there will be some causative agent whic is to be identified and avoided first see ent specialist then mind relaxing techniques.

His problem is obesity causing fatigue , lithargicity with restlessness at night disturbing normal sleep.
Gastric diosrder can't be overruled being cause of restlessness in night.
He needs to be interrogated with regards to cardiac diosrder.
Moreover, reading his BP is normal.
I being a homoeopath can suggest you some recourse in homoeopathy ,underlying:
