I am in home from the last 3 months due to this lockdown. I am eating good normal diet but my sleep pattern get little disturbed like 1 a.m - 10 a.m. Apart from this I don't do any activity. Like only eating sleeping. But I feel like tired. Just wanna ask that it is because of lack of doing anything or what can be the reason.
