1.avoid using excessive TV/ computers
2. you should wash your eyes with fresh water 2-3 times in a day
3. Maintain hygiene

I am not having sleep now a days. What to do. I am trying to sleep but could hardly sleep 4-5 hours.
Lifestyle modifications for sleeplessness-
Avoid sleeping in the afternoon.
Do not take any caffeine after 7 pm.
Have a light meal for dinner at least 2 hours before retiring.
Have a warm bath before going to bed.
Drink warm milk at bed time.
Listen to soft soothing music before retiring. Add milk and ghee to your regular diet.

Hello Lybrate user, mindfulness meditation practice at least for 10-15 minutes may help to induce sleep.
