It's not necessarily frenulum breve. In frenulum breve the length of frenulum is extremely short and creates lot of tensiin when foreskin is retracted. If you are able to retract your foreskin without pain or discomfort, then you don't need any surgery. Most probably, you will be able to enjoy normal sex. Surgery isnot painful and is done under lical anaesthesia. You onlyfeelthe painof the needle prick. Healing occurs in 7 to 10 days. I hope you got your answer. Good luck.

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. It occurs as a result of over masturbation. An acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. It has been linked with an increased risk of infection, loss of sexual stimulation of the penis and even penis cancer.

To completely correct the number, only way is to use glasses or contact lens. It can' t be reduced to 0, neither by ayurvedic nor allopathic medicines. But after age of 20 yrs when your number stabilizes you can go for lasik. It will completely neutralise your number and then you will not require any specs.
