Hi, I've an issue with my penis. It's not normal. I'm uncircumcised but pretty sure I don't have phimosis or para phimosis (as per the google images). I'm unable to retract my fore skin properly. In flaccid state, I can move with a bit of hustle but when erect, I can move it but will pain (bearable amount of pain). I've had coitus a couple of times but with condom. My home suggested me to get circumcised but that sounds painful at the age of 20 and I'm not sure if I should buy some cream that doctors suggest on google.
