Sir I am 33 years old and still not married, never done sex with any one, however doing masturbation from last 12/13 years but now very less say once or twice in a month. My penis does not go back completely and a small skin stuck with it which prevent it from going back completely. I read several medical articles and viewed some images and came to know that it is a symptom of frenulum breve. So is it required to get it off or with it also I can enjoy good sex life after marriage. Also is there any way to get it off without surgery? If yes please let me know. If surgery is only the way then what is the cost of surgery (normal and laser one), whether it is painful, how many days it take to surgery and recovery and would it be good to get normal or laser surgery?
