Dear . Smoking is addictive as well as dangerous. Cigerette or beedi contains more than 4000 cancer causing chemicals in it. Even a single cigerette can increase the risk of cancer, heart attack, stroke, brain problems, throat problems and lung disorders. The best option to leave smoking is to have better will power. You should yourself get motivated to leave smoking and quit it on a fine day. Don't restart it. Take care.
