• should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
• Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
