Normal temparatur of human being is 37 c and 98 f for good health first of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food.

Hi welcome - I willbe happy to help you. Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate is good altogether. If consumed ,Mg more than 450 mg or zinc more than 50 mg ,then may have Indigestion. Even Diarrhoea. Palpitation, belching etc. Its always safe to have proper dose as supplementation.

Dear if you are doing a normal workout, you need to take protein suppliment immediately within 30 minutes of gym. We get bored of daily sane supplement. So try eggs, chicken, fish, paneer, tofu, protein powder, in rotation. Fish is the best option. These are all Class 1 proteins which build up muscle breakdown. Dal, sprouts, etc are Class 2, which can be included in lunch or dinner.
