If you think you take supplements n can build muscles then you r wrong. U need to do exercise then take supplements. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.

HI Rahul... it is good to take neutraceuticals... but they don't guarantee the rise of testosterone...
It will have positive effects.. but there are no calculated markers..
And instead of taking specific vitamins take Multivitamin Multimineral tablet... it is more beneficial..

There is no denying fact that nutritious food gives you the best results for healthy body and is long lasting without any side effect. People who are doing excessive training like you do need some additional nutrients to fulfill the body's increased requirement. Protein supplements provide quick protein needed after gymming. If you buy a good branded protein powder, it might not have as bad effect as a cheap product. But still make sure most of your protein and nutrients come from natural food.

for the name of supplements and what is actually required you need to take a consult and discuss as it requires time to understand your case ,but for fatty liver cut down on oily food like fried items ,chips .namkeens, junk food. Shift to low fat milk and its products ,walk daily for 40 mins and keep oil intake in a day to only 20 ml. Including ghee.

To keep fit you have to eat as per your body's needs.
Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal .


Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Exercise at least thrice a week.
Have local and seasonal foods. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.
