There is no denying fact that nutritious food gives you the best results for healthy body and is long lasting without any side effect. People who are doing excessive training like you do need some additional nutrients to fulfill the body's increased requirement. Protein supplements provide quick protein needed after gymming. If you buy a good branded protein powder, it might not have as bad effect as a cheap product. But still make sure most of your protein and nutrients come from natural food.

for the name of supplements and what is actually required you need to take a consult and discuss as it requires time to understand your case ,but for fatty liver cut down on oily food like fried items ,chips .namkeens, junk food. Shift to low fat milk and its products ,walk daily for 40 mins and keep oil intake in a day to only 20 ml. Including ghee.

To keep fit you have to eat as per your body's needs.
Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal .
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Exercise at least thrice a week.

To increase weight increase eating frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use dense vegetables, fruits. Do not skip meals. Take nuts, seeds. Extra protein foods will help you. Use extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest at night. Do muscle building exercise which will help you to gain weight.
