Resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Step into the loop with your injured leg so the tubing is around the back of your knee. Lift the other foot off the ground and hold onto a chair for balance, if needed. Paget disease can be treated by removing the entire breast (mastectomy) or breast-conserving surgery (BCS) followed by whole-breast radiation therapy. If BCS is done, the entire nipple and areola area also needs to be removed. If invasive cancer is found, the lymph nodes under the arm will be checked for cancer.

You can take her to physiotherapy clinic and ask them for traction for the lower back for 5 days with swd after 5 days, ift+us therapy for 10 days.
In about 2 weeks the pain and the compressions will be reduced. Alternatively if you can get pemf therapy it will be more helpfull in reducing pain.
Same ift+us therapy can be given to neck to reduce pain and relaxing the muscles.

It looks like you are anemic it is better to consume good protein in the diet and also vitamins especially vitamin d - sunshine vitamin. Get exposed in the sun which is really good for you to absorb more vitamin d from the ultraviolet rays which will enhance your bone strength and it will not let you to have more pain. This is the common issue with all, go for an xray or mri of the knee joint and consult back with reports.
Take calcium supplements, do knee strengthening exercises and hot pack with local diclofenac application twice a day for 5 days.
Consult back with reports or in person with physical therapist and take us+ift for 5 days, the pain will be reduced.

Knee pain
this is a general knee pain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, it looks like you are is important to check that.
Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having body pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for knee pain. With knee exercises you will definitely feel better and muscles must be strengthened

Hello,
you need consult in clinic. In such cases running causes pain in lateral muscles due to stiffness or tenderness in muscle. Once those muscle manually released you can run pain free. For few days you stop running and get treatment done. It will take wks to cure.
