Hey doctor, I am 29 years old (male). When I run more than 1 km I feel irritation on my outer (lateral part) right knee. And after taking rest it feels normal. Looks like ibt syndrome. I can't stop running practice as I have to prepare for physical endurance test a month later. So what should I do now? Is there any further risk if I continue my running?
