thanks for the query
as per your words you have pain in previously treated tooth.
Did you have cap/crown on the tooth after rct?
If yes ,than their might be reinfection in that tooth which requires removal of cap and re rct.
If no, tooth might be fractured ,need to be removed as per fracture line or its infected and needs re rct.
Visit your dentist ,go for a x ray and act accordingly.

Hey there, kindly visit a dentist and get an x-ray done of all the teeth with the prosthesis and adjacent teeth also. Infection might have reccured in these teeth or adjacent teeth. Until then do warm saline rinses twice daily and gum massage using tan x gum paint twice daily. Brush your teeth twice daily using a soft tooth brush.
