Pain has started all of a sudden (when I woke up today morning) on the gum of upper middle tooth at the tip of tooth. Just near here I have a history of root canal done a decade before. Three years before I had pain exactly like this at the same spot on the gum. I was given tablets and in a week's time everything became fine. I also have crown on the middle 4 upper teeth. On the second right tooth, root canal was done. This root canal tooth is under the crown now. There is no pus build up. I see light redness near middle upper right gums. No swelling so far. Last time i.e before three years. Dental x-ray was taken. Found to have infection there. Was cured with tablets. Please suggest some. As in this pandemic I better avoid going to any clinic. (also last week I took albendazole tablet after many years just like that.) thanks a lot.
