Do not go by internet information and have big and complicated diagnosis
1. Spend more time with the child. Get his confidence. Play with him indoor. And take him out door to release his energy. U can send him to play school for 1/ 2 hrs so that he sees others and learn good things, basically you have to gain his confidence so that he follows your advise and instructions. This may need to be always with him, avoid watching Tv in his presence and gradually distract him form tv addiction.

You should meet with a counselor and explore the possibility of childhood influences as this is the last time you will get to sort out the past influences. Most of time child is given tranquilizers mood elevators for long time. This causes side effects. But all these symptoms goes off after few months of discontinues the drugs.

This seems to be a normal sibling reaction after arrival of second child. The child is to be kept prepared for arrival of newborn. Anyway just extend your love & affection to her as usual without any hesitation, talk to her a lot, give her time & make her feel she is equally impotantant to you & newborn has come to give her company.
