Hello,

Yes the diet looks ok,but it depends what do you consume after ragi, throughout the day.
There has to be a proper balance of calories in your overall meals.

Hello,

Both of them are weight friendly and highly nutritious.
You can surely use them for your weight loss program, but weight loss is a combination of healthy exercise and overall balanced diet.

Oat is a whole grain food, rich in fiber, iron, zinc etc. Ragi -rich source of Calcium. So, I think you r giving good cereals but you have to add required fat, protein rich diet along with fruits/juice. Stick to home based diet (blended with cereals, pulse, milk, banana etc.)

All three are good choices. It basically depends on what your baby prefers. You can introduce all three at different times slowly giving your baby choice and variety.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
For a person with diabetes, first and foremost is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Then he has to increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. The foods mentioned can be taken is a very small quantity, but strict glucose control is a must.

Hi lybrate-user, you may take raagi, wheat and brown rice but everything should be in moderate quantity and include more vegetables and grains. Please consult a dietitian for diabetic diet. Thanks.
