its a good habit, you can definately continue with it mr Bhavin.
eating yogut on daily basis is not good though so make changes in it(salad, pudina chutney. pickle etc)accordingly.

Reduce the amount of roti to 1 breakfast, 2 lunch n 1 for dinner.
2 should go in for 2 -3 eggs in a day.
Include more salads n fruits in diet.
12-15 glasses of water
sprouts daily once.

Your fasting glucose shows you are having diabetes. Even PP 191 mg is too close to comfort. For diagnosis following are the numbers: Fasting > 126 mg & PP > 200 mg/ 100 ml. Plus HbA1c% >6.5, which is not mentioned. Please get it checked. I have a feeling you are already a diabetic. Stopping non-vegetarian food is not required at all. It good to have liquid and semisolid diet instead of solid food at dinner at this age by a person who is diabetic and hypertensive but give different types of food items so that he gets required amount of all food ingradients.

you are having excessive cervical secretions leading to the white discharge. you should take this as normal physilogical phenomenon. no need for any medication for this. if there is smell and if it comes in lumps etc., then you require treatment and monitoring. your body nature, as long as you are sexually active this will be there. nothing to worry about it
