Follow these instructions to prevent yourself from sunrays:
* take two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt add it in one glass of water, drink it before going out in summer.
* cover your head with hat or cotton dupatta before going out. * drink atleast 8 to 10 glass of water daily make your body hydrated with intake of plenty of fluids.

Hi if the cancer was due to ghutka or smoking then avoid it and don't use steroids unless prescribed drink plenty of water so that the drugs and toxins get flushed out and avoid tension and if you hav any sharp teeth get it trimmed by dentist.
