As per who protocol, if the bite occurred within 3 months of completed vaccination you don't have to take vaccine again. Bite less than 3 months of complete vaccination - only wound cleaning and tt.
Bite more than 3 months of complete vaccination - wound cleaning + repeat anti rabies vaccine schedule.
You don't have to take any booster dose.
So, I would advice you to;
1. Wash the wound thoroughly under running water and soap for 15 min immediately.

Normal range of rabies virus neutralizing anti body titre range between 6-12 iu/ml
it shows that you have some antibodies but not clinically significant.

Rabies spread only when there is some cut on hand or some injury on any part of body coming in contact with the same. It doesn't spread with the skin intact coming in contact with the saliva of dogs.

The important criterion is Monkey should be infected with Rabies. If so if any of the secretions of this infected monkey did enter your body i.e. under your skin as indicated by a scratch or bite resulting in bleeding wound. Since there was no such possibility in this case as described. You may safely ignore the incident.

If you have taken 5 doses of Anti Rabies Vaccine on days 0, 5, 7, 14 and 28 and again a booster of two injections within 2 years of vaccination, you should take 2 injections every two years as prevention and 3 injections if there was a bite again. I think you have taken only 4 doses first time and gap of boosters was for more than two years.
