Hi I was suffered from OCD and I took a lot of medicine for it recently I went for CBT now I feel fine but medicines create a lot of sexual problem in me I stopped medicine also but I still face sexual problem now Dr. prescribed megalis or caverta but I afraid that I will become addict of these medicines in future without these medicines I cannot go for sexual intercourse and how long a man can take these medicines.

if you have stopped ocd medicine, it will not have any sexual side effect. Your doctor has diagnosed your sexual problem and prescribed megalis. No one can become an addict to megalis or coverta. It is drug used only at the time of sexual activity. Please talk to your doctor about the diagnosis of sexaul problems in you. Hi all good evening. My hubby got facial deviation problem. Later through investigations we found that he is having demyelination. He is in the course of Oral steroid now.(10 mg) After taking 5 mg the doctors advised to stop steroids, is it possible to expect facial deviation once we stop steroids. Is it okay to travel since we have to travel from chennai to trichy. Kindly advise precautionary steps and dos and do nots.

My sister had spinal tumor grade 1 non cancerous she underwent laminectomy as she was normal except the mild pain in her left leg but after surgery she got paralyzed. Now she's is taking treatment of gastric ulcers and getting normal, all reports are good except Hb which is 9.4 for this doctor transfused 2 unt of blood but now saying her to walk with support of physiotherapist without taking a MRI or giving blood thinner even doctor know that the patient is on bed rest from the last two months and have swelling feet, I am worrying about any risk, is it safe or not?

A patient suffering from paralysis for past 7 years. Patient doesn't have sensation below the waist. Couldn't stand straight. Doesn't have sure strength in the back and also in legs. But there is little movement in leg where leg automatically move without patient command .no control in urine system. Physiotherapy is done on daily basis at home. Any suggestions about medicine for strength in legs and back? Any kind of exercise should done? Any exercise equipment which can help for exercise from home?
