Eat more of healthy fats and start taking protinex in full cream milk twice a day. Increase protein intake also and start working out to gain muscle mass.
For your weakness, start taking a protein bar on daily basis. Any kind of physical activity will also make you feel more energetic.

Soy protein supplementation (50 grams per day) was as effective as the other protein types when it comes to boosting muscle mass during a strength training program.
Interestingly, as some people have suggested, soy supplementation doesn’t seem to decrease testosterone or limit lean body mass gains. It’s important to note that similar studies have been done using soy-containing supplemental nutrition bars. And the results have been consistent.

Proteins are not stored in the body like other nutrients. Your body will utilize only as much protein it needs and the rest will be broken down for e...more
