Soy protein supplementation (50 grams per day) was as effective as the other protein types when it comes to boosting muscle mass during a strength training program.
Interestingly, as some people have suggested, soy supplementation doesn’t seem to decrease testosterone or limit lean body mass gains. It’s important to note that similar studies have been done using soy-containing supplemental nutrition bars. And the results have been consistent.

milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein
eggs
eggs too are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein. They are also loaded with several vitamins like vitamin a and vitamin b12 making them an excellent health food

Hye,
thanks for the query.
The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a protein supplement.
You cannot gain weight by just adding a protein source to your diet.
Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise.
Proteins are not stored in the body like other nutrients. Your body will utilize only as much protein it needs and the rest will be broken down for e...more
