Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, legumes, sprouts, nuts, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu
- do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting twice a week, also yoga & meditation twice a week to keep fit.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Basavaraj Go for natural, organic foods if you can. Drink plenty of water also, drinking water with lemon is cleansing and healthy for you.
Avoid things like soda, diet soda or any drinks, artificial colors and sweeteners, white flour, overly processed foods, fast food, etc
Your morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal..its best for healthy fit...
