Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. - do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting twice a week, also yoga & meditation twice a week to keep fit.
- have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, legumes, sprouts, nuts, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu

Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. • Tk, apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk, almonds.
•Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast.
•Add ghee in lunch.
Go for aerobics as per your strength and capacity to strengthen your muscles to enshape your whole body. Tk, plenty of water.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates.
