usually birth marks cannot be removed, but still can consult a dermatologist. There are different laser available in the market, but they leave light scar even after removing it.

Nothing special. She should take balanced diet. Add fruits and vegetables and beans and nuts. Whatever you feel like eating and whatever is available and accessible can be eaten. If some specific problem persists then the diet can be modified e. G. If you have anemia then add dates, jaggery, red meat, green leafy vegetables ground nut, cauliflower etc. Regards.

You can start with low dose oc pills like femilon from third day of menstrual cycle .The first day is the day your bleeding starts.once you finish one packet you can start the next packet with a gap of one week irrespective of your menses.The pill has to be taken regularly at the same time preferably at bed time'
