It's blighted ovum syndrome. No heart'beat and nature has made preparation for pregnancy to grow. Fetus isn't growing as per 8 weeks gestation. Get blood test for beta hcg. There's little hope. Since there's no bleeding you can wait for a day, get repeat ultrasound done by another lab and let your treating doctor take decision.

Hello lybrate-user. Posterior placenta suggest the position of placenta which is not common. But if you take good care there should not be a complication.
Also the cleft lip issue. Is not a major problem. But it will be surgically corrected after the delivery.
The baby will have a scar mark through out his life.
But if the surgeon is good then it can be reduced to minimum.
Also you can take homoeopathic treatment for otherwise healthy delivery and then life.

Hello lybrate-user. The chances are less. And even if it occurs then there are more chances of complications like abortions and premature delivery, defects in the baby.
My suggestion is to take homoeopathic treatment to remove it.
You can consult me at Lybrate.
