Hello lybrate-user. Posterior placenta suggest the position of placenta which is not common. But if you take good care there should not be a complication. Also the cleft lip issue. Is not a major problem. But it will be surgically corrected after the delivery. The baby will have a scar mark through out his life. But if the surgeon is good then it can be reduced to minimum. Also you can take homoeopathic treatment for otherwise healthy delivery and then life.
