Hello Lybrate user, Maintain good posture from today. Do regular exercise and avoid excess movt. ROM maintain when you do regular exercise. Do yoga as Anulom-vilom, deep breathing exercise. take plenty of fluid, good luck..

Start with manya and griva vasti procedure from panchkarma therapy. Some ayurvedic medicine (like yograj guggul) for pain etc.
Daily oip massage with til oil. Warm water bath after some days, some specific yoga poses are recommended.
