Kindly go for ra factor test.
If test came postive start medince, otherwise start doing exercise of hands and foot in warm water for 10-15 minutes daily. And apply joint oil or volini after it.

After pregnancy induced neck and back pain
it is due to your posture after the delivery. Also in c- section they would've given spinal anaesthesia which might be the reason for you to have pain. You might be suffering with deficiency of vitamins and calcium, you need proper assessment to get proper treatment.
