Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
• Avoid bending in front.
• Neck Exercises.
• Neck Stretching.
• Postural Correction.
• Shoulder Shrugs.
• Take frequent Breaks at work.
• Core Strengthening Exercises.
• Use cervical pillow.
• Use Back Support.
• Self Massage the back of neck.
