I have pain, stiffness and spasm. While using computer pain in joint area of skull and spine. Also cervical spine pain. Sometimes pain radiates towards top head, ears and till eyes too. Also feel numbness and tingling and contraction in neck shoulder and left arm lower back pain sometimes and that radiates to legs.
