Hi,
if you could take care to see that water does not enter the ear, even a single drop, and get immediately treated for cold, if you get one. Your ear wouldn't discharge
if you would like to swim and not worry about above mentioned things you could as well get operated and get the perforation closed.

If there is perforation and associated hearing loss then surgery (tympanoplasty) is recommended choice. Before surgery ear should be dry and noninfected. Get an audiometry test done prior and send the report.

Hi
You are suffering from chronic suppurative otitis media with perforation ,this condition can aptly treated by surgery and hence it is by far the best modality of treatment.
Medicines will just halt it for some time but with cough and cold it will come back.
So I would suggest go for surgery
Regards.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.
Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time yo...more
