My right ear ha ear perforated. And bed heavy, doctor said to me we do a operation named tympanography. So what should I do. regarding do a operation or not. Please reply.

If there is perforation and associated hearing loss then surgery (tympanoplasty) is recommended choice. Before surgery ear should be dry and noninfected. Get an audiometry test done prior and send the report.
