Dear lybrate-user,
it's possible that you may have strained a muscle or torn a ligament in your penis during the prolonged erection or masturbation. This can cause pain in the area where the injury occurred, especially when engaging in physical activity.
However, it's also important to consider other potential causes of penile pain, such as an infection or inflammation. If the pain persists or worsens, you should consider seeking medical attention from a urologist who can examine you and...more

Hello-
peyronie's disease is characterized by an extreme curving of the erect penis caused by a hard, fibrous layer of scar tissue (plaque) that has developed under the skin. When the penis grows and hardens, the scar tissue pulls the affected area to an angle, causing an unnatural bend. The plaque that is formed by the thickened layers of penile soft tissue is non-cancerous, but this condition can be painful and make sexual intercourse quite difficult.

Sometimes, the glands that produce oil on the penis and scrotum (called sebaceous glands) can become blocked, turning into cysts (a tissue sac that can contain clear liquid or pus). Usually, cysts don't need any treatment. However, if they continue to get larger, they can become painful and infected.

Hello-
most men blame their performance issues on anxiety or pleasure, two legitimate and viable excuses, but the glan of the penis creates the most common source of unexpected ejaculations. For circumcised men, the problem may not exist; for uncircumcised men, the issue can run rampant.
