I had sharp pain in my right top side tip of penis. It happened after I was watching porn, and that time my penis got erected for about an 1 hr I started feeling pain at that time, but also at last I masturbate. (if sit, walk I don't feel pain, but if I jump or run I feel pain on right side of tip) did I rip something inside? This incident happened 5 days ago age 23, for now I am not taking medicine.
