Palpitation, overactive bladder and feeling of crying may be symptoms of anxiety. Try to streamline your daily routine. Take timely meals, exercise regularly and go to bed early. You will feel good in 15 days. If the symptoms persist consult a psychiatrist he may prescribe you anti anxiety medication, which will calm you down.
