The right lower abdominal pain you're experiencing, lasting for eight days, could be attributed to various factors. While appendicitis is a consideration, the absence of vomiting, nausea, or fever makes it less likely. Given your history of inguinal hernias and the ongoing pain despite Amoxicillin and Zerodol, it's crucial to consult your healthcare provider promptly. The nature of pain you are describing is more likely sciatica pain.
You can do following things-
1. Pay attention on your sitting posture as you are working from home. If possible use ergonomically designed working station, it will help to maintain proper posture of spine.
2. Don't sit for long time on one place, take breaks after 1 or 1 and half hour & do stretching exercises.
3. U can apply lukewarm oil to low back & thigh half hour before shower.

Hello Gopalkumar...
The abdomen is quite big cavity with lots of organs in it.
Without proper details cannot diagnose it.
If the pain is more than 2 days then it is better to go for ultrasonography.
You can consult me online for proper homoeopathic treatment.

Herniated disc
1. Spinal decompression
how it helps – spinal decompression should be the very first thing you do to treat a herniated or bulging disc because it essentially creates space between your vertebrae, and thus takes pressure off the discs.
How to do it
– use a bar or the top of a door (or anything you can hang from) and allow your body to “just hang”.
– hang for 30 seconds and do 3 sets.
– release very slowly from this so as not to cause any spasms.
