Use a wet, warm compress over an epidermoid cyst to encourage it to drain and heal. The washcloth should be hot but not so hot that it burns the skin. Place it over the cyst two to three times a day.
Ideally you should let the cyst drain on its own. Please wait for some time till it comes out on its own.

To clear the scar marks -
• Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water.

Now you have left ovary and right tube. Though you can conceive normally there is every chance that you can get ectopic again. Sincere suggestion try ivf in a good center.
