Report has clearly mentioned it ae benign lymphadenopathy without focal lesion locally. Hence do not worry. I think it is CT scan report. If you want more assurance get FNAC test of largest lymph node done.

Better to see a head and neck surgeon or a Surgical oncologist. They would examine you and if needed, ask for an ultrasound or an MRI of the Parotid region. It could be anything from sebaceous cyst to parotitis or Parotid tumor. The short history makes infection more likely especially if painful. If not, could be Parotid tumor.
It is more likely to be benign, but cancer cannot be ruled out.

If you are having cholesteatoma then you have to undergo the ear surgery asap. The cholesteatoma can destroy the bone behind the ear, the tiny bones in the middle ear & can go up & infiltrate the brain. Consult an experienced ENT surgeon & get the surgery done at the earliest.
