Normal vitamin d level should be between 20-30 mg/ml. Vit d is to be tested once in 3 - 6 months and should be maintained above 30 mg. Proper exposure to sunlight between 9 am to 10 am will be helpful. Most of the food sources are non veg category e. G. Fish, liver oils, eggs, liver etc. Vit d supplements on weekly or daily basis can also be taken on a prescription of local doctor. I have written about insomnia elsewhere.

1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice).

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Sleeping on your back sometimes causes your tongue to move to the back of your throat, which partly blocks airflow through your throat. Sleeping on your side may be all you need to do to allow air to flow easily and reduce or stop your snoring.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.
