You need to take care of your weight gain, it should be optimal during pregnancy. Take care of your blood pressure and blood glucose levels as Gestational diabetes is common if you conceive at an advanced age. Yes you can. But vegetarian food is also good. Lot of variety specially green veggies besides you can balance it with various cereals .pulses. Fruits.milk. Other dairy products.
