Talk to your physician in detail, as it reocuurs at some point of time.
1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice).
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. Persistent complaints of nose and throat may be due to allergic factor like weather, dust, inhalant in atmosphere which may have to be identified by self exploration and to be avoided wherever possible. If not medications like decongestants, local seasonal steroids etc are to be tried. 1. Avoid exposure to cold
2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

U may use normal saline nasal drop) spray.
And also alkaline nasal wash (in one liter water add one small spoon salt and khane ka soda. Then ise garm karna he/ ubalna he aur uske baad thanda karna gai same as body temp. Than 20 ml syringe (without needle) se nose ko wash karna hai. Isse aapko aram mil jayega.
