U may use normal saline nasal drop) spray.
And also alkaline nasal wash (in one liter water add one small spoon salt and khane ka soda. Then ise garm karna he/ ubalna he aur uske baad thanda karna gai same as body temp. Than 20 ml syringe (without needle) se nose ko wash karna hai. Isse aapko aram mil jayega.
