Don't worry hcq is not known to cause severe psychological problems. However drug interactions with other medications can be causing problems. I would like to know the list of medications she is taking, how well controlled her ankylosing spondylitis is and her present complaints to help you better.

Your condition is clear to me. After thr need physiotherapy. If it's not done then your problem like pain, swelling is not decrease as movement are not be able to achieve. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
• Avoid bending in front.
• Neck Exercises.
• Neck Stretching.
• Postural Correction.
• Shoulder Shrugs.
• Take frequent Breaks at work.
• Core Strengthening Exercises.

• Self Massage the back of neck.
