Its a symptom of cervical spondylosis.
Maintain proper posture while studying or using screen, do apply hot pack twice a day.
Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ift+us for 10 days the pain will be reduced and later ask for cervical strengthening exercises, do the exercises for a month.
There is nothing to worry, it is common to get neck pain and it radiates to hand, if left untreated it can cause severe disc issues.
For medicines you can consult with orthopaedician.

As per the report, it shows that mild osteopororis is noted which means there is changes in disc space which can be ignored cause it is mild but if untreated will increase that leads to increase in pain around necj and shoulder which later radiates to hand.
Visit nearby physiotherapy centre and take electrotherapy (ift+us) for a week, later do cervical and shoulder muscle strengthening exercises.

No need to worry its all common to get disc issues and nerve compression because of improper posture. There is no need for mri but still to rule out any soft tissues swelling it is suggested.
