Every time you choose junk food over healthy food, you are increasing the distance between your navel and spine.

Mind the distance! And remember every time you eat is an opportunity to nourish your body.

6 Erogenous Zones You Must Explore!

6 Erogenous Zones You Must Explore!

Sex can get predictable and monotonous if you don’t try something new every so often. Chief Consultant Sexologist and Fertility Specialist at Sannidhya Multi-Speciality Hospital, Ahmedabad, Paras Shah, suggests you explore the following erogenous zones to bring an element of surprise in foreplay.

He says, “While I suggest these erogenous zones, it is important for couples to communicate with each other and find out what they like or dislike as far as foreplay is concerned.”

  1. Earlobe: Shah says that ears are very sensitive parts to play with. Use your fingers to play with the earlobe or gently move your finger along the edge of the earlobe. You could try licking the earlobe to give your partner a frisson of excitement.
  2. Neck: “Men and women both love getting kissed and licked on the neck, especially the lower side, towards the collar bone,” says Shah.
  3. Inner thigh: Thighs, inner thighs especially, are another sensitive zone of the human body. Graze the inner thigh with your finger nails or let your hands glide over them. Use aromatic oil, moisturiser or water-based gels to massage for some guaranteed-to-excite action.
  4. Feet: While gently tickling your partner’s feet is bound to excite, playing and licking the toes can be very arousing too. Gently nibble the base of the toes to heighten the excitement.
  5. Lower belly: The navel and the area below is a very sensitive zone. A favourite with love-making scenes in the movies, take it slow here as you walk your fingers around the navel and below. Move downwards slowly and gently lick the navel and wait for the moans of pleasure.
  6. Armpit: "Rubbing ice, feather touches or even pouring chocolate over this area and licking it can ratchet up the excitement," suggests Shah. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

5 spots you didn't know makes them horny

Hot spots or what biologists endogenous are those parts of the body that drives us crazy with desire when stimulated. Here are some spots you might not be touching to turn on your partner.

1. The ears

Next time you are in bed, try licking your partner's ears and while you're at it, why don't you tell him or her something dirty as well

2. The lower back

Though this is for both men and women, it works more with women. Next time you are about to take her from behind, take some time out to rob your penis around her lower back just to pre-heat her oven. You will be surprised how wet it would be when you get inside.

3. The navel

Though this might seem awkward at first, the navel is actually a very sensitive area. You can stimulate this by licking something like ice cream off your partner's body to make is less awkaward.

4. The feet

At 25% a feet fetish is actually the most reported fetish even if no one would admit to you over drinks that they have a thing for sucking toes or get turned on at the site of touch of feet. Our feet are also covered in nerve endings which is why foot massages feel so good. You will be surprised how aroused this would get your partners.

5. The male nipple

Ladies, your man’s nipples are A LOT more sensitive than you can imagine, probably more sensitive than yours because he has no fatty breast tissue to block some nerve ending. Flick it, squeeze it, twist it, suck it, lick it….just show it some attention!

SKIN CARE
Winter is the worst season for Skin- flaking, itchiness, pimples, redness, dullness is usual and neglect of daily care can easily lead to habitual dehydration, with sensitive skins and red patches. But it is so difficult to care for skin in winters with chilling cold, numb fingers, freezing water. Keeping these factors in mind here are some tips-
Despite the cold do not forget drinking lots of water-preferably warm water
The glow is not superficial. Its deep. Make it a point to drink any one type of fresh fruit juice in the morning. Best pick- strawberry juice!
Apply few drops of warm olive/coconut/apricot/almond oil on face, soles and navel at bedtime for great detox!

Vitiligo

Dr. Ravindra Dargainya 86% (46 ratings)
MBBS, DDV
Dermatologist, Mumbai

Vitiligo is a disorder in which white patches of skin appear on different parts of the body. This happens because the cells that make pigment (color) in the skin are destroyed. These cells are called melanocytes .Vitiligo can also affect the mucous membranes (such as the tissue inside the mouth and nose) and the eye.

What Are the Symptoms of Vitiligo?

White patches on the skin are the main sign of vitiligo. These patches are more common in areas where the skin is exposed to the sun. The patches may be on the hands, feet, arms, face, and lips. Other common areas for white patches are:

  • The armpits and groin (where the leg meets the body)
  • Around the mouth
  • Eyes
  • Nostrils
  • Navel
  • Genitals
  • Rectal areas.

People with vitiligo often have hair that turns gray early. Those with dark skin may notice a loss of color inside their mouths.

Reverse Abdominoplasty: Who Needs It?

Reverse Abdominoplasty: Who Needs It?

A Reverse abdominoplasty is a cosmetic surgery procedure used to improve the contours of the abdomen. Unlike an abdominoplasty to tummy tuck, this surgery addresses patients who have excessive skin above the belly button.  Here the skin is pulled up rather than down.

For this surgery, an incision is made along the bottom half of the rib cage, just below the breasts. The excessive skin is removed along with fat deposits and the remaining skin is pulled p to tighten the tissues and improve the look of the upper abdomen. This incision is usually made along the natural curves of the breast so as to minimize the visibility of the scar.

Unlike many other types of cosmetic surgery, this will require a 2-3 day stay in the hospital.
Women who want breast restructuring along with abdominal contouring will find this type of surgery very beneficial. This is because the placement of the incision allows the surgeon to work on both areas simultaneously. This leads to the formation of only a single scar unlike having breast contouring surgery and a traditional abdominoplasty which would create two separate scars.

The incision is also made in such a way that the scar created is camouflaged by the natural contours of the breasts. In most cases, it is also not visible when wearing a two piece swimsuit and thus suits more women than the traditional tummy tuck. Another advantage od this surgery is that it does not alter the position of the belly button.

A reverse abdominoplasty is usually performed on people who have a flat stomach below the navel but have excessive fat and skin above the navel. It can be seen in people have experienced drastic weight loss. It may also be suggested as a follow up surgery to a traditional tummy tuck is the skin above the navel is still sagging. However, only a doctor can decide if this is the type of surgery needed for you.
This procedure very rarely has side effects. This is because it does not interfere much with the muscle structure and only adjusts the skin. In some cases, there may be slight irregularities. This can be corrected by further liposuction. Another issue would be the recurrence of the problem is the tissue is not correctly adhered to the rib fascia. However, this is seen in very few cases. In normal scenarios, even slight weight gain at a later date is accommodated by the skin.

DETOX YOUR BODY

Important for everybody for a better health, glowing skin, better digestion and increased energy

Breathe a little easier
While many people don’t consider the lungs part of detoxification squad, they are responsible for filtering out fumes, allergens, and airborne toxins.

When we’re stressed, we tend to shift from deep belly breathing to short, shallow ‘chest’ breaths, which reduces your lungs ability to transport oxygen to all your tissues. If you want to boost your lung power, begin to practise diaphragmatic breathing a few minutes each day:

Lie flat on the floor. Raise your knees. (You can put a cushion under them if you wish.)
Put one palm on your upper chest and the other over your navel.
Breathe out fully – and then a little bit more. With practise you will find you can do this by drawing in your abdomen. Pause for 2-4 seconds.
Allow the air to naturally flow in again.
Slowly and calmly repeat this cycle a few times.

we always say exercise is a must because your skin is also a source of toxic elimination just like the lungs

with best of health
