Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?

it looks like you had subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy.in this condition thyroid problem may resolve after delivery particularly as the dose of thyroxine needed was only 25 ug during pregnancy. Now that you are 4 months post delivery, it is better to stop eltoxine tablet and recheck free t4, tsh and tpo antibodies after 3 months and take an online appointment

For most women who develop postpartum thyroiditis, thyroid function eventually returns to normal — typically within 12 to 18 months of the start of symptoms. However, some women who experience postpartum thyroiditis don't recover from the hypothyroid phase.
