No need to worry about this u can reduce it with medication and life style modification,u can take statin group of medicine
-obese means reduce weight,avoid oily and junk foods

Hi
no need to take rosuvastatin in this high dose. Also pain in feet in swelling could be due to various reasons like anemia and b12 deficiency, decreased protein leves etc. You need proper evaluation. Kindly consult for the same.

Target ldl should be less than 100. Take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Avoid food high in cholesterol like red meat, butter ghee, egg yolk. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).
Repeat lipid profile after 3 weeks. Meanwhile also get your blood sugar and blood pressure checked.
